Designed to provide an effective connection between different temperature zones in gas turbines, the Hot-to-Cold Gas Turbine Expansion Joint stands out with both its durability and functionality. This expansion joint offers a reliable solution in areas where one connection flange is at exhaust gas temperatures while the other connection flange features internal insulation.

The expansion joint bolster on the uninsulated flange side is secured to anchor pins with insulation washers and welded to the flow sleeve (baffle). This design enhances the reliability of the expansion joint even under high temperatures and guarantees sealing. On the internally insulated flange side, threaded rods (studs) welded to the connection flange are used for mounting the slotted flow liners. This innovative system allows the flow liners to move freely in the direction and amount permitted by the slotted holes in response to temperature increases. This mobility ensures that thermal expansions are effectively absorbed and structural stresses are minimized.

Specially designed to respond to the intense thermal and mechanical demands of gas turbines, this expansion joint provides superior performance in transitions across different temperature zones. Its design guarantees the system's longevity and operational efficiency while reducing maintenance requirements to a minimum level.

As a solution developed for the harsh conditions in the energy sector, the Hot-to-Cold Gas Turbine Expansion Joint maximizes customer satisfaction by offering both reliability and durability.
