Zero Stress.
Infinite Flexibility.

In the most ruthless thermal expansion and vibration conditions of heavy industry, the organic armor keeping pipelines alive. Engineering defying +1000°C with custom PTFE films and needled silica.

01 // Core Philosophy

Systematic Absorption & Safety

Extreme thermodynamic cycles in modern plants create massive fatigue stress on rigid pipelines. Fabric expansion joints dampen (absorb) this kinetic energy, preventing the system from destroying itself. It's not a passive joint; it's the safety relay of the facility.

Ʃ(x,y,z)

Multi-Axis Response

Miraculous flexibility capable of tolerating axial, lateral, and angular movements simultaneously within a compact footprint.

K=0

Eliminated Spring Rate

The 'spring rate' force exerted on anchors is practically zero. It nullifies tons of load on installation connections.

Q=0

Molecular Sealing

Thanks to the Laminated Fluoroplastic (Intex PTFE) membrane, it provides 100% gas resistance against heavy acid fumes and sulfuric waste.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fabric expansion joints are flexible connectors designed to absorb thermal expansion in ducting systems handling gases.
A PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) layer provides a chemical barrier and sealing against corrosive gases and high temperatures.
Temperature resistance is determined by the chemical and physical properties of the layers used (PTFE, silicone, fiberglass, insulation pillow). Solutions are engineered for ranges between -40°C and +1200°C by selecting specific composite materials based on the application temperature.
Flow direction is critical for the correct positioning of the internal liner, especially in gases containing dust or abrasive particles. Incorrect installation can lead to dust accumulation and premature wear or clogging of the expansion joint.
The main factors affecting service life are operating temperature, chemical exposure, vibration amplitude, pressure fluctuations, and dust/particle density. Regular maintenance and correct material selection directly increase the service life of the expansion joint.
The use of a liner is mandatory in high-velocity gas flows, environments containing abrasive particles, or lines with high turbulence. The liner protects the fabric layers from direct contact, ensuring the integrity of the system.
